New space opens in Panattoni Park Tricity East III. Alfa Warehouses begins operations


Panattoni has handed over new space in Panattoni Park Tricity East III. Alfa Warehouses, a company specialising in logistical warehousing, is to start up its operations within the Gdańsk development. During the search for new warehousing premises and the negotiation of the terms, the tenant was represented by consultancy Newmark Polska.

Maxprint stays on at MLP Pruszków II


Maxprint, a wholesaler of office machinery and equipment, has renewed its lease at the largest warehouse complex in the region. The tenant currently occupies almost 3,200 sqm of modern space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. The tenant was assisted in the renegotiations by Newmark Polska, a real estate advisory firm.


Good prospects for the Polish warehouse and industrial market


According to the latest report “Industrial and Warehouse Market in Poland”, released by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska, 2023 was one of the best years in the market’s history.

89% of the industrial development under construction is concentrated in the Big Six regions


According to the “Occupier Insight – Industrial and Warehouse Market in Poland Q3 2023”, a report prepared by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska, development and occupier activity is focused on Poland’s six core warehouse markets: Warsaw and its suburbs, Upper Silesia, Central Poland, Lower Silesia, Greater Poland and the newcomer - Pomerania.

Total warehouse and industrial stock in Poland exceeds 30 million sqm


In the second quarter of 2023, the total warehouse and industrial stock in Poland surpassed 30 million sqm. Warehouse availability in existing facilities increased.
