Tricity’s key strengths include the Baltic Hub in Gdańsk – the largest container terminal on the Baltic Sea – and the largest grain port in Gdynia. The ongoing expansion of the Baltic Hub will further increase its handling capacity. By 2026, Gdańsk will see the completion of a new grain terminal that will be capable of accommodating ships with a capacity of up to 36,000 tonnes. Additionally, the expansion of the region’s road infrastructure, including the A1 motorway and S6 and S7 expressways, and the extension of the S6 to Szczecin and Berlin, will significantly enhance Pomerania’s attractiveness.
