4SUN, a leading distributor of photovoltaic solar panels in Poland, has leased a warehouse in SEGRO Business Park Warsaw in Żerań. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
4SUN is a direct distributor of components for photovoltaics, one of the most popular renewable energy sources. It has operated in Poland for 10 years and has an online store at www.4sun.eu. Its Warsaw warehouse is located in SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Żerań and comprises 530 sqm of warehouse space and 70 sqm of elegant office space. It will be the company’s key distribution facility in Poland.
“As Polish people are becoming increasingly aware of alternative energy sources, we intend to expand our footprint in this park in the longer run. The Warsaw warehouse will be our showpiece. That’s why we are doing our best to make our office look elegant and the warehouse very well-organised,” says Tomasz Łepkowski, a partner in 4SUN.
