7R’s latest project in Kielce will comprise two warehouse buildings providing a total of 62,000 sqm.
7R Park Kielce is a complex of Class A warehouses located close to the S7 expressway and Kielce South interchange. It benefits from its proximity to the city centre. The project will also include development of two warehouse buildings featuring a 10-metre clear height throughout for high-bay storage and energy-efficient solutions including LED lighting. The scheme will be suitable for both warehousing and light manufacturing. 7R Park Kielce is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2019.
