7R is developing the fourth project as part of its concept of Small Business Units in Rokicinska Street in Lodz. 7R City Flex Lodz has just signed up another tenant: HYDRO BUILDING SYSTEMS POLAND.
HYDRO BUILDING SYSTEMS POLAND has leased approximately 2,500 sqm of warehouse and office space for a laboratory and a prototyping facility at 7R City Flex Lodz I. The company is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of aluminium building systems. It will use 2,000 sqm for research and development, focusing on aluminium architecture systems, while the remaining 500 sqm will be used as office space.
7R City Flex Lodz I, with a total area of 8,300 sqm, is a Small Business Unit within the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics complex. It is located in the eastern part of the Lodz metropolitan area, by the A1 motorway. It is suitable for logistics, retail, e-commerce, light manufacturing, showrooms, service rooms and offices.
