7R and Hillwood Polska have completed another project in Pomerania. The general contractor was Dekpol.
7R Park Tczew was officially opened during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on 5 September. The project delivered by 7R in partnership Hillwood Polska consists of two warehouses totalling approximately 46,700 sqm with its tenants including Dovista and Swiss-based Huber+Suhner.
The facility’s key strength lies in its strategic location, near the junction of national roads 91 and 244, in the vicinity of the A1 motorway and the Swarozyn interchange, providing easy access to Poland’s key transportation routes and enabling seamless distribution of products to local and overseas markets.
7R Park Tczew is another project developed in partnership between Hillwood and 7R. Thanks to its own financing, Hillwood Polska engages in joint venture projects and brings its experience to development management. Both companies are thus expanding their client bases and industrial space portfolios on the buoyant Polish market.
7R Park Tczew is situated in the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, making it a prime location in which to grow business locally.
