7R enters a new market with 7R Park Poznan East to be developed 15 km away from the centre of Poznan, the capital city of Greater Poland.
7R Park Poznan East is a modern industrial park with an area of 22,200 sqm, located immediately by national road 92, to the east of downtown Poznan. The warehouse enjoys easy access to the S5 expressway and the A2 motorway (Poznan East interchange) on the one hand, and to Poznan thanks to many public transport stops in the vicinity, on the other hand. Poznan Lawica International Airport is located 22 km away from the scheme.

7R Park Poznan East, similarly to 7R’s other projects, has been designed to meet the requirements of BREEAM certification. The facility will be equipped with LED lighting, air destratifiers and a high-standard firefighting system.
