ABC 4 brands advertising agency renewed its lease agreement for 1,300 sqm of office and warehouse space at Warsaw Distribution Center. The real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland represented the tenant during the renegotiation of the contract.
ABC 4 brands is a Polish agency that has been operating in the advertising market for nearly two decades. It is one of the most respected marketing agencies in Warsaw. The company's management considered relocating, and at the same time, with the help of Cresa, began renegotiating the contract with the current landlord. The decisive factor was the employees' sentimental attachment to the current headquarters.
“ABC 4 brands has a strong trademark in terms of employer branding. Employees are the trump cards of this company, and their opinion was essential to us, so we focused on renegotiations in the current location and improving the standard of the leased space,” explains Miłosz Borkowski, Senior Advisor in the Industrial and Warehouse Department at Cresa Poland.
Warsaw Distribution Center is a logistics complex located near al. Krakowska, with convenient access to the S2 expressway, 2 km from the park, and the S8 expressway, 4 km away. The Warsaw Chopin Airport is 7 km away. ABC 4 brands, apart from office and warehouse space, has developed a 700-meter photo studio with technical facilities.
