Abedik extends its lease in BGO Park Poznań

Printing house Abedik has renewed its lease for 2,280 sqm of warehouse and office space in BGO Park Poznań. The tenant was represented during the renegotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Abedik specializes in paperback and hardback books. It has a team of experienced employees and modern machinery, including 12 web-fed offset presses, four Heidelberg sheet-fed presses, a Timson press and four Kolbus case-makers, allowing it to ensure efficient order fulfilment. Abedik offers a wide range of print finishing techniques, including embossing, varnishing and laminating.

“Good cooperation with the landlord, the convenient location near the tenant’s head office and plant in Żerniki, the right clear height and favourable financial conditions were the main drivers for the decision to stay on in BGO Park Poznań,” says Natalia Mika, Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.

“As Abedik was seeking to continue its cooperation with the current landlord, our task was to negotiate the best possible commercial conditions of the lease renewal. The landlord’s business-like approach paved the way for a quick conclusion of the transaction and securing space for more years,” adds Jakub Dudkiewicz, Associate, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.
