Adara is a new tenant in 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I

Adara, a supplier of ingredients for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, has leased 800 sqm of warehouse and office space in 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa.

Adara, which has been present on the Polish market since 1987, specializes in distribution of chemical raw materials. It is an exclusive distributor for selected products of Evonik Operations GmbH for its Care Solutions Business Line in Poland. Adara offers, among other things, active ingredients for skin, hair and body care products.

7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I is a class A office and warehouse complex. Its key strength lies in its location near Warsaw-Okęcie tram terminus, Okęcie Airport, and its easy access to the S2 expressway. The park features various sustainable solutions designed to ensure a comfortable experience for tenants and their employees and to keep service charges low. As a result, the project is BREEAM-certified.

“Cresa supported Adara, which has been growing at pace, in the choice of modern space for warehousing. Proximity to our client’s current head office near Okęcie was critical. 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I meets Adara’s requirements with respect to both the location and standard of warehouse space,” says Agnieszka Marczak, Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.

“7R is unique in that we deliver customized solutions tailored to clients’ needs. Office and social space as well as warehouse space were chosen for Adara specifically to meet the tenant’s requirements regarding the place of operational activity. In this case, both ‘city’ and ‘flex’ were equally important for the signed lease,” comments Katarzyna Litwin, Senior Leasing Manager, 7R SA.
