Advantech Poland has extended its 2,400 sqm lease at Ideal Distribution Center in Warsaw. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Advantech Poland is a global leader in providing industrial automation products and solutions. It also offers comprehensive system integration, hardware, software, embedded systems, and global logistics support. Advantech Poland will occupy 1,430 sqm of warehouse space and 950 sqm of office space at Ideal Distribution Center.
“Warsaw is our strategic market where we liaise with key clients, particularly from the CEE region. One of many reasons for our decision to remain at Ideal Distribution Center was its excellent location providing our staff and business partners with convenient access. Having reviewed available market offers, we found that of CBRE Global Investors to be an optimal solution for us,” said Przemysław Nawrocki, Operations Manager at Advantech Poland.
Ideal Distribution Center is a logistics park that combines warehousing and office space in a Small Business Unit format in Warsaw’s Okęcie district. It is located approximately 5 km from the S8 expressway and approximately 3.5 km from the S2 expressway, providing easy access to the A2 motorway (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw). The complex also benefits from proximity to the Krakow Route (national road no. 7) and the Katowice Route (national road no. 8). It is owned by CBRE Global Investors.
