Agart-Pro, a supplier of ingredients to bakeries, cake and ice-cream shops, has leased 3,500 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznań X, which is currently under construction. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Agart-Pro has been present on the market for more than 10 years, making all-inclusive supplies to the confectionery industry across the country. It currently has four facilities and plans to open more in the future. Its decision to relocate to the new park addresses the company’s current technological needs, including the requirement for new cold and frozen storage space, superior quality of leased space, and better access to the national road network.
Panattoni Park Poznań X is Panattoni’s newest logistics park in Poznań. It has a combined area of approximately 20,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space. Its units are designed to meet customized build-out and fit-out requirements of potential tenants. The park is located close to the S11 expressway and enjoys easy access to the A2 motorway. Agart-Pro has leased 3,000 sqm of warehouse and production space, and 500 sqm of office space.
“To implement its strategic development plans, Agart-Pro decided to relocate to a new bespoke scheme.
