Agart-Pro, a supplier of foodstuffs to bakeries, cake and ice-cream shops, has extended its lease of nearly 1,800 sqm of warehouse and office space in Eurologis Logistics Centre. The tenant was represented during the renegotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Agart-Pro distributes foodstuffs to bakeries, cake and ice-cream shops in the following provinces across Poland: Pomerania, Kuyavia-Pomerania, Lubuskie, Greater Poland, Mazovia and Lower Silesia. It operates four branches to ensure swift and seamless customer service. Agart-Pro delivers products directly from manufacturers - reputable global companies such as Dawn Foods, Irca, Bakels, Komplet, Credin, Uniferm, Kruszwica, OSM Bieruń, and Arctos. It has received multiple awards and distinctions, including Gazela Biznesu.
