AGART-PRO, a food industry company, has leased 2,400 sqm of warehouse and cold storage space at Panattoni Park Tricity North. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska throughout the market analysis, site selection, lease negotiations and space handover.
AGART-PRO is a distributor of high-quality products from leading manufacturers for bakeries, pastry and ice-cream shops. Founded in 2008, AGART-PRO is headquartered in Poznań and, to ensure seamless deliveries across Poland, operates branches in Tricity, Warsaw and Wrocław. Its operations cover the following provinces: Pomerania, Lower Silesia, Mazovia, Greater Poland, Kuyavia-Pomerania and Lubuskie.
“The decision to move to a new warehouse in the Tricity area was a natural step for us in driving business growth and further enhancing our service quality. Modern infrastructure, including a cold store for the safe storage and distribution of temperature-controlled products, was essential. The new facility at Panattoni Park Tricity North not only provides the right space and functionality but also offers excellent connectivity to our client base. With this move, we are well positioned to meet the growing expectations of both the market and our business partners,” says Urszula Leśkiewicz, Head of Warehousing and Transport, AGART-PRO.
“AGART-PRO – our long-standing client – was looking for a warehouse in the Tricity area to support its continued growth. Panattoni Park Tricity North, located next to its previous branch, was a natural choice, offering optimal space for the company’s needs. Negotiations focused on the costs of adapting the facility to the tenant’s requirements, but thanks to the professionalism of all the parties involved, we were able to secure favourable commercial terms for our client,” says Jakub Dudkiewicz, Associate Director, Newmark Polska.
Panattoni Park Tricity North, developed in Rumia, is a modern distribution centre featuring advanced storage solutions. Situated close to Hutnicza Street, it enjoys easy access to the Tricity ring road (and further the A1 motorway), the Baltic Container Terminal and the centre of Gdynia. The complex is BREEAM-certified, which translates into low service charges.
