Agart-Pro, a distributor of confectionery, has renegotiated their lease of a warehouse in SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Ożarów. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Agart-Pro Sp. z o.o. has been present on the market for more than 15 years, supplying high-quality products to bakeries, cake and ice-cream shops. The company acts as a distributor for leading Polish and European producers. To better deliver its expanding product range and serve its growing client base, the company needed more warehouse space. In December 2019, its warehouse in Ożarów expanded to 1,200 sqm.
