Dekpol, a general contractor operating in Pomerania, has completed the construction of 7R City Flex Gdansk Airport as part of the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics network - the second urban warehouse developed by Dekpol for 7R. The warehouse and office facility has an area of approximately 10,000 sqm.
Dekpol was the general contractor for another project delivered for 7R on the Design & Build basis. The warehouse and production building with an area of almost 10,000 sqm was built as part of the national 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics network, which currently includes four facilities.
The main building has a separate technical maintenance section. The adjacent office spaces comprise premises for warehouse logistics services, as well as staff and sanitary facilities.
7R City Flex Gdansk Airport is located at 29 Sasiedzka Street in Gdansk, providing easy access to key transportation routes. The facility is close to Lech Walesa Airport in Gdansk and just 2 km from Tricity’s ring-road and the S6 and S7 expressways.
Dekpol is an expert in the construction of logistics and industrial facilities, shopping centres and other large-size buildings. By the end of the first half of 2019, it had completed more than PLN 500 million net of contracts for third parties.
