After Gdansk, Szczecin, Warsaw and Lodz, the time has come now for Wroclaw, where 7R will develop a new project as part of its urban warehouse network. It will be the developer’s second project in this region.
7R City Flex Wroclaw is the next project of the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics line. The approximately 25,000 sqm facility, comprising two buildings with approximately 12,000 sqm each within Wroclaw’s administrative borders, has been designed for tenants whose key priority is proximity to the city centre.
The facility will be located in Awicenny Street, next to Wroclaw Strachowice Airport. Its location in close proximity to Wroclaw’s ring road – near the Wroclaw West interchange and the Wroclaw South interchange of the A4 and A8 motorways – will guarantee easy access and seamless products distribution.
This location is also attractive for its access to a large labour pool. The facility will provide convenient connections to the city centre via the nearby Wroclaw Zachodni railway station and public transport stops located right next to the park.
The facility is scheduled to be delivered in Q3 2020.
