Archidoc, a provider of digitalisation and comprehensive document management services, has leased 10,000 sqm at Hillwood Janki Sokolow near Warsaw.
Hillwood’s new logistics centre was completed in May 2019. The facility offers 33,000 sqm of leasable warehouse space. It is located by an S8 interchange, along the Salomea-Wolica stretch, which connects the Katowice expressway (S8) and the Krakow expressway (DK7/S7) with Warsaw’s southern ring-road (S2) and the A2 motorway. The park is located approximately 15 km from Chopin Airport in Warsaw and approximately 17 km from the city centre.
Archidoc is a leading Polish provider of business services in document management and back-office support, including digitalisation of paper documents, introduction of e-document workflow in companies, HR and payroll support, and archiving of paper documents.
