Archivio, a provider of document archiving and digitization services, has leased close to 1,900 sqm of warehouse and office space in Hillwood Marki. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Archivio is one of the fastest-growing document management providers in Poland, delivering document archiving, digitization, security and sorting services for over 15 years. It also provides cutting-edge office software and cloud storage solutions.
Hillwood Marki is a new industrial park located in Marki, close to the S8 expressway. It comprises four buildings totalling over 91,000 sqm of completed warehouse space. Its advantages include proximity to Warsaw and easy accessibility by employees.
