ARGO S.A. chooses 7R Park Gdańsk IV

ARGO S.A., a leading company in the Polish market for lamination and document binding equipment, has signed a lease for 6,450 sqm of warehouse and office space at 7R Park Gdańsk IV. The tenant was advised by Newmark Polska on the choice of location and during lease negotiations.

ARGO began operations in 1991 as the ARGO Foreign Trade Office, which several years later evolved into ARGO S.A. Over the years, the company has served clients in Poland and other Central and Eastern European countries. Initially, ARGO S.A.’s product portfolio comprised laminating machines and pouches. Over time, it expanded to include document binding and thermal binding equipment, paper cutting and processing tools, such as guillotines and trimmers, professional Kobra and Wallner shredders, and various office accessories. ARGO’s brands also include Galeria Papieru, which offers paper, cardboard, decorative envelopes, design certificates, invitations and accessories, as well as Heykka, a stationery brand. Additionally, the company serves as a distributor for Grawerton (materials and devices for sublimation and thermal transfer) and Hanami (laminating film for the highest quality print finishing).

“As a trading company, ARGO was looking for warehouse and office space in a location that would facilitate product distribution. 7R Park Gdańsk IV fully met our Client’s expectations. This logistics park is strategically located near the seaports of Gdansk and Gdynia, as well as an airport with a cargo terminal. We are delighted that ARGO once again placed its trust in us and relied on our support. Our role was to explore market options based on ARGO S.A.’s needs, negotiate lease conditions and provide technical assistance during its relocation to a new warehouse. Thanks to the flexibility of 7R S.A., we were able to adapt the warehouse space to ARGO S.A.’s requirements, ensuring a smooth transfer of operations. We are confident that the new location will serve a strong springboard for the Client’s continued success and growth,” says Jakub Dudkiewicz, Associate Director, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.
