Aura Herbals is a new tenant in Panattoni Park Gdansk Airport

Aura Herbals, a producer of dietary supplements, has leased more than 2,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Gdansk Airport, the Tricity region. The tenant was represented during the acquisition and negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Cresa.

Founded in 2007, Aura Herbals is a specialist producer of healthy, organic foods and dietary supplements made from ingredients provided by certified suppliers from around the globe. Its brand portfolio includes: Argentum 200, Candica, My Health line, Paracelsus tinctures, Dietary Supplements, and Premium Vitamins. What makes its foods and supplements unique is their simple and natural composition in line with the Clean Label principle.

Panattoni Park Gdansk Airport is a warehouse and office park that will provide approximately 108,000 sqm at full build-out. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Gdansk Airport, 18 km from the Port of Gdansk and DCT Gdansk (Deepwater Container Terminal), and 15 km from the centre of Gdansk. Proximity to the A1 motorway is an undoubted advantage of this location. The complex, developed by Panattoni Europe, has been BREEAM-certified to recognise its high standard and sustainable solutions.

“Aura Herbals was looking for both manufacturing and warehouse space and an office. It chose Panattoni Park Gdansk Airport on account of the landlord’s flexibility. Space was tailored to the tenant’s requirements. Our client also appreciated its prime location and favourable warehouse and office lease conditions. We are pleased to have assisted Aura Herbals in acquiring this optimal location,” says Michał Rafałowicz, Head for the Pomeranian Region, Cresa Poland.
