BauWatch, the European leader in mobile video surveillance, has leased 1,650 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Pruszków VI. It instructed real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska to negotiate the conditions of the lease of its first warehouse in Poland.
