Bel-Pol, a leading distributor of windows and doors, has leased more than 4,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Gliwice III. The firm’s office will occupy 200 sqm while the remaining space will be used for warehousing.
Bel-Pol has expanded its footprint in Gliwice as its previous facility was inadequate for its needs. The new space had to meet many technical requirements due to the nature of stored products.
Panattoni Park Gliwice fulfilled all the client’s requirements. It is located 3 km away from the “Gliwice-Sosnica” interchange of the A1 and A4 motorways. The complex consists of two buildings with a total area of 47,000 sqm.
