BIK delivers first warehouses near Wroclaw

BIK (Biuro Inwestycji Kapitalowych) has completed the first phase of the BIK Park Wroclaw I logistics park. The project, which now has 25,000 sqm, will be expanded to provide 47,000 at full build-out. It has already been handed over to the main tenant, but the grand opening of the new warehouse facility will take place in late March.

BIK has added a new facility to the stock of logistics parks on the Polish market. Its latest project BIK Park Wroclaw I was developed in Nowa Wies Wroclawska, in the municipality of Katy Wroclawskie, near the Pietrzykowice interchange of the A4 motorway. The first phase delivered 25,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. When fully built out, the project will provide approximately 47,000 sqm of warehouse and office space on an 11.7-hectare land.

BIK currently manages four logistics parks: Logistics Centre Krakow I, Logistics Centre Krakow II, Silesian Logistics Centre in Sosnowiec (Building 5) and BIK Park Wroclaw, with a total area of 55,000 sqm. As part of its diversification strategy, BIK also develops and leases retail parks. Its portfolio includes Karpacka Retail Park in Bielsko-Biala (nearly 7,000 sqm).
