BIK Park Wroclaw I will soon see its first tenants move in

BIK Park Wroclaw I, the latest project of BIK (Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych) is entering its last phase. Its first tenants, including global logistics provider Dachser, will move into the facility in the first quarter of 2020. Vacant spaces are still available.

The project broke ground in mid-2019. This means that BIK Park Wroclaw I will be completed within half a year. The first tenant - global logistics provider Dachser - contracted more than 15,500 sqm. The building will feature cutting-edge safety solutions, including a continuous monitoring system for flat rooftops and overload prevention. It will also be adapted for installation of EV charging stations and will provide multiple bespoke solutions to meet individual occupiers’ requirements.

At full build-out, BIK Park Wroclaw I will provide approximately 47,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, with the smallest leasable units measuring 1,500 sqm. It fulfils current requirements of clients: a clear height of 10 metres, an industrial floor to allow a floor load of 6t/sqm, loading docks with movable ramps, an ESFR sprinkler system, and high-class air-conditioned offices. The park will also provide car parking spaces and a truck court. It will be an enclosed area with round-the-clock security and video surveillance.

BIK Park Wroclaw I is being developed in Nowa Wies Wroclawska, in the municipality of Katy Wroclawskie. It boasts a prime location near the A4 motorway, in the immediate vicinity of the Wroclaw South and Pietrzykowice interchanges. It sits on an 11.7-hectare land zoned for manufacturing, warehousing and services.
