Cartonplast Group extends its lease in Logicor Mysłowice

The Cartonplast Group, a supplier of plastic layer pads and pallets, has renewed its lease of more than 3,650 sqm of warehouse and office space in Logicor Mysłowice. The tenant was represented in the renegotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

The Cartonplast Group began operations in 1967, when Karton S.p.A. was founded in Italy. It has grown to become a leading international company with an over 5,000-strong client base. Cartonplast’s product portfolio includes reusable plastic layer pads, pallets and top caps which are durable, weather resistant and easy to clean in line with HACCP processes. As a result, they are intended for multiple uses and meet the requirements of the food industry. More than 750 employees in many locations across Europe, South America, Australia and Africa work day by day to ensure seamless customer service.

“Attractive lease conditions encouraged our client to continue in its current location. By staying on in the industrial park, the company is able to save on relocation costs,” says Michał Kozar, Senior Associate, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska. “We are pleased that the Cartonplast Group found a trusted partner in us and instructed us to negotiate the best possible conditions of the lease renewal.”

Logicor Mysłowice is a modern logistics centre in the Upper Silesian Industrial Region, the largest industrial area in Poland.
