Panattoni Europe has completed and leased out City Logistics Warsaw II, an urban logistics facility measuring more than 13,000 sqm, dedicated to manufacturing and TFL (transport, forwarding and logistics) sectors.
City Logistics Warsaw II has a full complement of tenants. More than 13,000 sqm was leased by transport, forwarding, logistics and manufacturing companies – an effect of Panattoni Europe’s study of requirements and trends among both tenants and consumers, and the developer’s innovative solutions. Such schemes meet the demands of last mile and urban logistics, particularly in the case of smaller companies and those active in the growing e-commerce sector.
As space at City Logistics Parks is leased at a rapid pace, Panattoni Europe continues to develop the concept of urban facilities, showing no signs of abatement. Panattoni Europe currently has five schemes in Poland’s core regions: Warsaw, Wroclaw and Lodz. In addition to the recently completed City Logistics Warsaw II, the company developed two other urban logistics parks in the capital: City Logistics Warsaw I is located just 4 km from the S7 expressway, which is under construction and will link Warsaw with Krakow in the south and Gdansk in the north in a few years’ time, while City Logistics Warsaw Airport neighbours the “Opacz” interchange of the S2 and S8 expressways. The developer is also expanding City Logistics Wroclaw I (2 km from the A4 motorway) and City Logistics Lodz (4 km from downtown Lodz). Panattoni Europe has already delivered more than 116,000 sqm across City Logistics Parks.
City Logistics Warsaw II was developed in the immediate vicinity of the Torunska Route, just 1 km from the S8 expressway, which connects Warsaw, Bialystok, Wroclaw and Lodz.
