Construction of the Baltic Logistics Centre begins

Dekpol has begun construction of two modern warehouse and service facilities in Gdansk, on the Seaport Island. The schemes will provide a total of nearly 15,000 sqm of usable space and consist of SBUs (Small Business Units) with offices.

Dekpol is the general contractor for the Baltic Logistics Centre. The project is being developed in Gdansk’s Przerobka district and will comprise two modern warehouse and service facilities with separate offices. They will provide a total of 14,755 sqm of usable space in SBUs for warehousing, light manufacturing and office purposes. The project has been commissioned by Flex Gdansk BCL. The investor still has vacant spaces available for lease.

The Baltic Logistics Centre will enjoy access to a PKP railway siding and be located close to the Deepwater Container Terminal (DCT) and just 2 km from the S7 expressway. The centre of Gdansk is within a three-minute drive.
