An official cornerstone ceremony took place last Friday. The logistics park will provide 83,000 sqm of warehouse space once fully built out. The first building for InPost is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in Q3 2019. The logistics operator has leased 8,500 sqm featuring cutting-edge logistics technologies. The tenant was represented in the transaction by real estate advisory firm Cresa.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the investor, the general contractor and local authorities. The MLP Group, the owner of MLP Poznan West, was represented by Radoslaw T. Krochta, President and CEO, while InPost was represented by Dariusz Lipinski, COO, VP Operations.

“The opening of a new location on the Poznan market will enable InPost to grow further and strengthen our market position. The project’s location and timeframe were the key drivers behind this choice,” said Dariusz Lipinski, COO, VP Operations, InPost.
The facility will comprise a cross-dock warehouse for seamless transhipment and parcel picking, and modern office and welfare spaces. MLP Poznan West is located near Poznan, to the west of the city. It is well-connected with Poznan and the whole country. The logistics park is situated by the S11 expressway (Dąbrowka interchange) and just 3.5 km from the A2 motorway. The S5 expressway, which connects Poznan and Wroclaw and was opened in September 2017, is also located nearby. MLP Poznan West is also very close to Poznan-Lawica Airport.
