Media Expert, a leading retailer of electronics, home appliances and multimedia products in Poland, has leased 2,000 sqm of warehouse space and 150 sqm of office space at SEGRO Industrial Park Wrocław. The tenant was represented by global real estate advisory firm Cresa.
Media Expert is a rapidly growing chain of stores with consumer electronics. It has operated on the Polish market for more than 20 years, offering smart TVs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, photographic equipment, home electronics and appliances. Selected stores also carry bicycles, scooters, quad bikes, power tools, leisure equipment and garden implements. With the broadest range of consumer electronics offered at lowest prices, Media Expert is a leader on local markets.
“Wrocław is a strategic location for Media Expert and is targeted by a range of companies. Its vacancy rate currently stands at approximately 3%, its lowest on record. “Media Expert was looking for a modern, small-scale facility with ample loading docks in eastern Wrocław to serve as a transhipment warehouse for transports coming from the distribution centre in Łódź. At full build-out, the park will provide approximately 40,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space.
