Cresa Poland nominated for a Prime Property Prize 2019

Real estate advisory firm Cresa is on a prestigious short-list of five companies nominated for the Advisor of the Year award in Prime Property Prize 2019, organized by the PTWP Group. The award will be decided by readers of PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl. Voting will continue until 3 September.

The Advisor of the Year is awarded to advisory firms active on the Polish commercial real estate market in recognition of their achievements in commercial space leasing, real estate disposals, investment transaction services, and contribution to the development of the real estate industry, service innovation and consistency in strategy execution.

 

In the review period from September 2018 to September 2019, Cresa represented clients in a number of major transactions, including the following:

  • mBank Group in the execution of the largest office lease in the history of the Polish office market:  45,600 sqm at Mennica Legacy Tower in Warsaw;
  • Primark – representing the retailer in its entry into Poland and expansion. It will open its first 3,660 sqm store at Galeria Młociny in Warsaw;
  • Akamai Technologies in the largest transaction of the first quarter of 2019 in Poland: the renegotiation of their lease for approximately 12,000 sqm at the Vinci Office Center in Krakow;
  • Representing InPost in their lease of 34,000 sqm of warehouse space, and Specjał – a lease for 11,000 sqm;
  • Cooperation of the retail tenant representation team with TK MAXX, Foot Locker, Planet Cinema, Cukiernia Sowa, Dr Zdrowie; exclusive representation of SportsDirect.com in Poland;
  • Cresa’s valuation department advised Colas, part of the Bouygues Group, in their acquisition of 11 asphalt plants from Skanska for PLN 120 million. It was one of the largest transactions on the market of road and motorway construction in recent years;
  • In addition, we represented Advantech Poland, Amway Supply Chain Services, Arteria, Assa Abloy, BFF Banking Group, Cooling, DTL International, Franke, GTFL, HRS, Igepa, Instapage, Kruk, La MakeUp, Max-Fliz, Media Expert, Moleo, Mostostal Pomorze, Noerr, Perfumesco, PID Polska, PKO Leasing, Ruch, SIG, Sportradar, Ten Square Games, Thai Wok, Unum Życie TUiR, Velvet CARE, Ventia, XBS Logistics, and Yonelle.

Fresenius Medical Care extends its lease in Prologis Park Poznań
Medical company Fresenius Medical Care S.A. has renegotiated its lease of 3,900 sqm of warehouse space and 120 sqm of office space in Prologis Park Poznań. Fresenius Medical Care was represented in the transaction by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
