Cresa releases a new version of its warehouse and industrial space map

The latest edition of “The Warehouse and Industrial Space Map of Poland”, prepared by real estate advisory firm Cresa, brings together information about the geographical locations of industrial parks, existing motorway and express road corridors, as well as planned road infrastructure projects across the country.

The industrial map presents all developer-led modern high-class industrial and warehouse facilities in key locations across all the provinces in Poland.

Cresa publishes its annual warehouse and industrial map to facilitate the monitoring of new projects in new locations, expansion of existing parks and to provide the latest update on road infrastructure improvements across the country. The latest edition of this guide will prove useful for occupiers looking to optimize or expand their supply chains, identify new locations and to support strategic decision-making.

“The Polish logistics and warehouse market continues its strong growth momentum, as evidenced by its growing industrial stock and unwavering occupier demand. Although almost 80% of Poland’s warehouse and industrial space is concentrated in five key provinces (Masovia, Silesia, Łódzkie, Lower Silesia and Greater Poland), however there is also very strong demand for warehouses in secondary cities and also new locations which have opened up as a result of new motorways and express roads being completed,” says Tom Listowski, Partner, Head of Industrial and Warehouse, Central and Eastern Europe, Cresa.
