Dachser moves to Waimea Cargo Terminal Rzeszow-Jasionka

Waimea Holding, the investor of Waimea Cargo Terminal Rzeszow-Jasionka, has signed a 2,800 sqm lease agreement with Dachser Poland.

A modern cargo terminal in the immediate vicinity of the apron of Rzeszow Airport will enable Dachser Poland to carry out logistics operations, including air freight, in accordance with top standards. The lease for logistics space at Waimea Cargo Terminal Rzeszow-Jasionka was signed with Dachser Poland in May earlier this year, and the space was handed over in mid-July. The global logistics operator has upsized its branches in Poland by nearly 40% in the last 12 months. The company, whose key focus in Poland is on export operations, has extended its transhipment terminals and currently has approximately 48,000 sqm of operational space.

Waimea Cargo Terminal Rzeszow-Jasionka, which has an area of 6,700 sqm, meets all the air and road transport requirements and provides ideal conditions in which to carry out all types of logistics operations in accordance with top standards.

The multimodal facility was developed on a two-hectare site, part of Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport, providing direct access to the apron. The most modern operational unit in Subcarpathia will allow for a rapid increase in freight traffic in the region. Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport, which pursues a long-term strategy of air freight services development, provides integrated handling services on an area covering more than 1,700 sqm.
