The Delta Trans Group, a logistics company, has enlarged its warehouse in the Hillwood Ruda Śląska logistics park up to more than 10,000 sqm. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
The Delta Trans Group, which includes Delta Trans Transporte Sp. z o.o. and Delta Trans Logistik Sp. z o.o., is one of the biggest logistics providers in Poland with 30 years’ track record. It is headquartered in a logistics centre in Świętochłowice where it has a total of 120,000 sqm of warehouse and production space. The company also has a warehouse in Chorzów. The Delta Trans Group moved into the Hillwood Ruda Śląska logistics park last year and expanded its warehouse footprint there by almost 3,500 sqm just a few months later.

The Hillwood Ruda Śląska logistics park boasts a strategic location in the heart of Upper Silesia and enjoys good road connections to key regions of Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and a large part of Central Europe, which is crucial for a logistics provider.
