The Delta Trans Group, one of Poland’s largest logistics providers, has renegotiated and expanded its lease to a total of 27,000 sqm of warehouse and office space by taking an additional 9,250 sqm at Hillwood Ruda Śląska. During the negotiation process, the tenant relied on the experience and expertise of Newmark Polska advisers.
The Delta Trans Group continues its rapid expansion across Poland. It currently occupies a total of 144,000 sqm of warehouse and production space, including 27,000 sqm at Hillwood Ruda Śląska. For its ongoing operations, the Group manages a fleet of approximately 300 vehicles and operates seven branches across the country, employing 1,000 staff who provide high-quality customer service.
“Since the Delta Trans Group is one of the largest logistics provides in our country, we are more than pleased with the trust it placed in us once again by instructing us to represent its interests in negotiations with the owner of Hillwood Ruda Śląska. We are delighted to have been able to support our client in negotiating attractive lease conditions and securing additional warehouse space at this location,” says Janusz Dudek, Senior Associate, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.
“The decision to expand and renew the lease was influenced by the flexibility of Hillwood Polska, the owner of the park. Another key incentive for the tenant to stay was the availability of space at short notice. This arrangement allowed the Delta Trans Group to avoid the costs of relocation,” adds Jakub Kurek, Head of Industrial and Warehouse, Newmark Polska.
Hillwood Ruda Śląska offers over 63,000 sqm of modern warehouse space in a strategic location along national road 925 (Rybnik-Bytom) and the Katowice-Gliwice central highway. The logistics park also benefits from easy access to the A4 and A1 motorways, as well as its proximity to Katowice-Pyrzowice International Airport, which is approximately 30 km from the facility.
