The Dovista Group has leased 20,500 sqm at 7R Park Tczew.
7R Park Tczew is a Class A warehouse facility which will provide a total of approximately 46,700 sqm. It will comprise two buildings, one of which will be fully occupied by the Dovista Group. The warehouse park is located within a special economic zone, close to the junction of national roads 91 and 244, and in the vicinity of the A1 motorway.
