DSV has leased more than 33,000 sqm of warehouse space at P3 Blonie near Warsaw in what is the first transaction between the two companies in Poland.
The DSV Group delivers transport and logistics services worldwide and has offices in more than 80 countries on six continents. It began operations in Poland in 1995 and currently employs nearly 2,000 staff. It has more than 150,000 sqm of warehouse space across the country.
At P3 Blonie, DSV has leased over 33,000 sqm of warehouse space and nearly 900 sqm of office space in warehouse no. 16. The facility is equipped with PIR core panels to insulate the building from external conditions more effectively along with solar panels for heating utility water and energy-efficient LED lighting.
The P3 Blonie logistics park is located close to national road no. 92, linking Poznan and Warsaw, 9 km from the A2 motorway (Berlin–Poznan–Warsaw) and 35 km from Warsaw’s city centre. The park has a development potential of up to 320,000 sqm of warehouse and office space.
