DSV Solutions, an operator specialising in advanced warehouse logistics solutions, has leased 3,500 sqm of modern warehouse space in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre, owned by Goodman.
“A year ago, DSV Solutions leased 15,000 sqm of warehouses space in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre, which gave the developer a green light to commence construction of another building as part of the park. We are in a similar situation now - the lease agreement for 3,500 sqm of warehouse space concluded recently by DSV Solutions will initiate the construction of another building within the same Goodman complex. DSV Solutions was driven to expand its foothold in Gdansk not only by the rapid growth of its services in the region, but also by the excellent location of the logistics centre and the possibility of having space tailored to its needs,” says Mateusz Ilowiecki, Senior Consultant, Industrial Department, JLL.

The company's new warehouse will be equipped with a temperature control system and a number of other dedicated improvements that will enable DSV Solutions to efficiently provide services to its pharmaceutical industry client.
The Pomeranian Logistics Centre is located in the immediate vicinity of the DCT Gdansk deepwater container terminal – the largest and fastest growing facility of its type in Poland. The terminal has regular freight connections, including with major Asian ports. The park is located nine kilometres from the centre of Gdansk and 23 kilometres from Gdansk Lech Walesa International Airport as well as being within easy reach of the S6 and S7 expressways and the A1 motorway. At full build-out, the park will provide up to 500,000 sqm of logistics and production space with office facilities.
