DTL International, a provider of network marketing services, has leased warehouse and office space at Hillwood Marki. The tenant was represented by global real estate advisory firm Cresa.
DTL International is a Polish provider of outsourcing services with operations across the European Union. It is trusted by business partners and enjoys a strong position in the MLM sector. Its services include co-packing, labelling, warehousing, production of POS materials, printing, and conferences and events.

Hillwood Marki I is an industrial park in Marki, located near the S8 expressway, connected to the A2 motorway (Berlin–Poznań–Warsaw), approximately 20 km from the centre of Warsaw. It can be extended to provide up to 94,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. DTL International will occupies 1,650 sqm of warehouse space and more than 120 sqm of office space.
