ECSI SPEDYCJA chooses 7R City Flex Kraków Airport

Transport company ECSI SPEDYCJA has leased 3,330 sqm of warehouse and office space at 7R City Flex Kraków Airport. The tenant was advised by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska on the choice of location and during lease negotiations.

Established in Kraków in January 2017, ECSI Spedycja Sp. z o.o. specializes in national and international road transport, as well as air and sea freight logistics. The company currently operates a high-bay storage warehouse of approximately 2,500 sqm, offering transloading services (with a load capacity of up to 12 tonnes), customs clearance and temporary storage at a monitored site. Its core areas of operations include Austria (Vienna and its suburbs) and key regions in Poland. ECSI is committed to meeting deadlines, ensuring security, customer satisfaction and professionalism.

“We are more than pleased with the outcomes of our cooperation with Newmark Polska. Thanks to their professional guidance, efficient communication and thorough understanding of our needs, we swiftly secured a space that fully meets our requirements. We appreciated their support throughout every stage of the leasing process and look forward to working together in the future,” says Jakub Trąbka-Zawicki, Management Board Member, ECSI Spedycja Sp. z o.o.

“ECSI SPEDYCJA was seeking warehouse space to expand its client base. We reviewed the market based on our client’s expectations and successfully assisted the tenant in negotiating a favourable rental rate. With our assistance, ECSI SPEDYCJA secured optimal conditions to facilitate its growth,” says Janusz Dudek, Senior Associate, Newmark Polska.

“The choice of 7R City Flex Kraków Airport by ECSI SPEDYCJA was influenced by several factors, including its attractive location near Kraków Balice airport, ample space for above-standard operations and competitive lease terms. We are delighted that we were able to leverage our expertise and experience to support our client. At the same time, we look forward to this being the start of our long-term cooperation,” comments Kaja Karbowska-Nowak, Associate, Newmark Polska.

“ECSI SPEDYCJA’s decision to select 7R City Flex Kraków Airport underscores that compact urban warehouses in well-connected locations effectively meet the needs of TFL companies in a rapid growth phase. Our Balice facility offers operational flexibility, modern technical infrastructure and access to key transport routes – advantages that truly support our tenants in their daily operations,” adds Kamil Szabłowski, Leasing Manager, 7R.

7R City Flex Kraków Airport is located in Balice, near Kraków. The logistics centre boasts a prime location – approximately 500 metres from the airport, 700 metres from the A4 motorway and 1 kilometre from the S52 expressway. This strategic positioning enables seamless distribution of goods stored at 7R City Flex Kraków Airport to destinations across Poland.
