Eko Higiena, a distributor of hygiene supplies, has leased more than 4,100 sqm of modern space at the MLP Poznan West logistics park. Once completed, the facility will be handed over to Eko Higiena early next year.
Eko Higiena has joined other tenants at the logistics centre MLP Poznan West, which is being expanded. The distributor of hygiene supplies has leased 4,130 sqm of modern space, of which 3,780 sqm will be used for warehousing, and the remaining 350 sqm will serve as office space. Once completed, the facility will be handed over to the tenant in January 2020.
Eko Higiena is one of the largest distributors of hygiene supplies in Poland, with its client base including industrial plants, healthcare facilities, hotels, restaurants, catering establishments, offices and hairdressing salons.
At full build-out, MLP Poznan West will provide approximately 83,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space. It is located in the vicinity of Poznan, west of the city, and is well-connected with Poznan and the rest of the country. The site is situated by the S11 expressway (Dabrowka interchange), with the A2 motorway just 3.5 km away, and close to the S5 expressway (Poznan-Wroclaw), opened in September 2017. MLP Poznan West is also located very close to Poznan-Lawica Airport. Its prime location attracts a variety of companies.
