Prologis has announced the conclusion with its long-term partner Euro-net, the owner of the nationwide retail chain RTV EURO AGD, of a record lease for 160,000 sqm in Prologis Park Janki.
The transaction includes construction of two build-to-suit (BTS) facilities totalling 125,500 sqm. The first building with an area of 50,500 sqm will be handed over to the client in 2020. The second building (75,000 sqm) is scheduled for delivery in 2021. In addition, the deal includes renewal of the existing 35,200 sqm warehouse lease agreement, which has been continuously in force since 2008.
Prologis Park Janki is located 15 km from the centre of Warsaw, next to the Puchaly Interchange, in the immediate vicinity of the S7 and S8 expressways, connecting the capital and southern Poland, and near the A1 and A2 motorways. Warsaw Okecie Airport is just 14 km away.
