Famix, a food distributor, has leased a total of nearly 8,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at 7R Park Krakow and 7R Park Rzeszow.
The developer handed over its first warehouse in Krakow to Famix in June earlier this year. The tenant leased more than 2,900 sqm in the seventh building of 7R Park Krakow. The second warehouse with an area of 5,000 sqm will be handed over to the tenant in October.
Famix delivers products to approximately 2,500 retailers in Subcarpathia, Lesser Poland and neighbouring areas. The facilities at 7R Park Krakow and 7R Park Rzeszow support the storage of food products.
7R Park Rzeszow comprises two modern buildings with a combined area of approximately 56,000 sqm. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Special Economic Zones and the Aviation Valley, the largest industrial cluster in Poland.
