Farby Kabe Polska is a Swiss manufacturing company that has been operating on the Polish market since 1995. The company has leased a warehouse in SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Żerań. The tenant was represented during negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa.
During its long-time operation in Poland, Farby KABE - KABE Swiss Group has established its position as a leading supplier of facade and interior finishing products, including: plaster/render compounds, paints, external wall insulation systems, repair and renovation systems and other chemical construction products. The Swiss roots and the opportunity to use the expertise and achievements of its mother company – Karl Bubenhofer AG of Gossau allow the company to constantly extend the offer by new generation products.
Farby KABE distributes its products in Poland through a chain of distribution partners and through branches in Warsaw, Wągrowiec, Bielsko-Biała and a production warehouse in Katowice. The company’s office and warehouse in Warsaw have been relocated to an SBU facility in SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Żerań. The company has leased approx. 200 sqm of office space and more than 600 sqm of warehouse space.
