Farmina Pet Foods becomes first tenant at Panattoni Park Janki IV

Farmina Pet Foods, an Italian producer of high-quality dog and cat food, has decided to consolidate and expand its warehouse space. It will occupy 2,600 sqm in its new location in Panattoni Park Janki IV. The tenant was advised in the transaction by experts of Cresa Poland.

Founded in Naples in 1965, Farmina Pet Foods is a family-owned business specializing in developing natural science-based nutritional programs. It is a leading manufacturer of premium quality pet food with a unique positioning and strategy and four production facilities selling to over 75 countries around the world. Its portfolio includes the highest quality nutrition-based, functional and veterinary diets. In addition to making pet food, Farmina also provides free nutritional advice and tools for superior dog and cat healthcare management. With their new services, mobile app and unique nutritional solutions, the company and its partners offer an exceptional and unrivalled business proposition.

Panattoni Park Janki IV is a class A warehouse building in Janki near Warsaw. It has been BREEAM-certified for its many modern solutions. The warehouses at Panattoni Park Janki are ideal for distribution centres as they are located just off the S8 expressway, which connects Wrocław and Białystok.

“Our client was looking for warehouse space for finished products. Panattoni Park Janki IV was chosen on account of its location and high standard. As the warehouse is located on Warsaw’s western outskirts, the company is able to retain all its staff. The new facility is also suitable for seamless logistics and fast product deliveries to consumers,” says Miłosz Borkowski, Senior Associate, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.
