Farmina Pet Foods, an Italian producer of high-quality dog and cat food, has decided to consolidate and expand its warehouse space. It will occupy 2,600 sqm in its new location in Panattoni Park Janki IV. The tenant was advised in the transaction by experts of Cresa Poland.

Panattoni Park Janki IV is a class A warehouse building in Janki near Warsaw. It has been BREEAM-certified for its many modern solutions. The warehouses at Panattoni Park Janki are ideal for distribution centres as they are located just off the S8 expressway, which connects Wrocław and Białystok.
“Our client was looking for warehouse space for finished products. Panattoni Park Janki IV was chosen on account of its location and high standard. As the warehouse is located on Warsaw’s western outskirts, the company is able to retain all its staff.
