Geis Polska to move into Distribution Park Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The tenant will occupy nearly 5,000 sqm of warehouse and office space owned by the US firm Hines.

The Geis Group, offering TFL (transport, forwarding and logistics) services, is intensively developing its operations on the Polish market. Currently, all orders in Poland are processed by approximately 500 specialists in 23 branches and specialized logistics departments. On account of the continuous growth of its client base, the company decided to look for larger modern warehouse facilities.

“Distribution Park Grodzisk Mazowiecki meets our requirements not only in terms of warehouse space standards, but also with respect to appropriate office fit-out for our administrative staff. We are pleased with this great location, which will guarantee us excellent conditions for further expansion. The opening of the new branch will enable us to increase the volume of orders processed in the Warsaw region by as much as 50%,” says Adam Kwiatkowski, Managing Director, Geis Group in Poland.

Under the signed agreement, the tenant will use 4,053 sqm of warehouse space and 912 sqm of office and welfare space. The Geis Group will also have access to 41 loading docks, a grade level door and a cross-dock warehouse with docks along three walls of the scheme.
