Goodman Poznan Airport Logistics Centre has been expanded by 19,000 sqm of warehouse, production and office space. Its new building was constructed to meet the requirements of BREEAM certification with a Very Good rating.
Goodman Poznan Airport Logistics Centre is located 800 metres from the ring road of the capital of the Greater Poland region, 4 km from Lawica Airport and 9 km from the A2 motorway, which connects central Poland, Germany and other Western European countries. It currently has nearly 52,000 sqm of modern industrial space.
The just completed part of the park provides optimum space conditions for logistics or light manufacturing. Its anchor tenant is LiNA Medical. The facility has 12,000 sqm of vacant space.
The building was adapted to implement a smart energy metering system and create high-quality office and welfare facilities. EV charging stations are also available at the site.
