Hillwood to build in Warsaw

Hillwood will build two class A urban warehouses. The logistics park, with a total area of almost 50,000 sqm, will be located a mere 8 km from the city centre, near major roads and Okęcie Airport. The first hall with an area of 24,600 sqm is planned to be delivered in the third quarter of this year.

The new Hillwood warehouse will be located in Warsaw’s Targówek district at ul. Bardowskiego. Its proximity to ul. Radzymińska will ensure that the complex has good connections to the S8 expressway, as well as exit roads from Warsaw, including the A2 motorway. It is 15 minutes away from the Okęcie International Airport. Hillwood Targówek will be accessible via public transport and railway – the Warsaw Zacisze Wilno station, served by Koleje Mazowieckie, is not far from the complex.

The facility will be equipped with energy-saving LED lighting. The warehouse design assumes a fire load of over 4000MJ/sqm. At the request of clients, the office space provided will also be adapted to specific needs. The property offers many parking places for both passenger cars and trucks.
