Hurtownia Opakowań, a Polish manufacturer of packing and shipping materials, has expanded its warehouse footprint in Hillwood Marki to 4,500 sqm. The tenant was represented during the renegotiation and expansion by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Hurtownia Opakowań has been operating in Poland since 2010. Thanks to its growth strategy, it has been successfully moving into new market segments and winning industry awards including e-Gazele Biznesu (in 2018 and 2019). The company is known for individual consultancy and highly competitive prices. It has strongly expanded into e-commerce in recent years, becoming open to individual customers.
Hillwood Marki is an industrial park in Marki, located near the S8 expressway, connected to the A2 motorway (Berlin–Poznań–Warsaw), approximately 20 km from the centre of Warsaw. It can be extended to provide up to 94,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. Hurtownia Opakowań has increased its warehouse footprint from 2,500 sqm to 4,500 sqm.
