Ideal Idea City Park has signed a lease agreement with EG Electronics of the Swedish-based Kamic Group operating in the electronics industry in twelve countries.
To meet all the requirements of EG Electronics, a special rail with four hubs was mounted under the ceiling of the warehouse and production building. Each can be used to accommodate a solder fume extractor, a compressed air supply unit, and telecommunication and electrical systems. The leased space can be very easily reconfigured and rearranged as requested by the Swedish tenant.
This project also brings a clear message for the Lower Silesian market, where the construction of an exact copy of the City Park will soon commence at Nicolaus Copernicus Wroclaw Airport. The Lower Silesian partners of IIF will be able to share the same philosophy and culture of operations and enjoy the same flexibility of functional reconfiguration and elegant offices which Warsaw-based tenants value so much.
